We systematically communicate specific requirements to suppliers, and test whether the product complies with these. We preferably purchase our ingredients in the country of origin, for optimum transparency and minimum costs in the value chain.

Compliance with the highest possible food safety and quality standards
We apply a quality management system certified according to FSSC 22000 (ISO 9001) Quality Management Systems, according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety.
